Last day of our 1st week in Operation! We will be finding our 1RM backsquat, then you have your choice of any of our opening week WODS! We will be starting a 4 week strength and oly. lifting cycle on Monday! Let's set some new records then break them!!! Thanks for a great 1st week everyone!!!
