Complete this WOD just like the song:

1 Squat Clean (135#/95#)

2 Lateral Jumps over bar

3 Hand Release Pushups

4 Push Press

5 SDHP

6 Burpees

7 Ball Slams (20/14)

8 Thrusters

9 T2B

10 KB Swings (50/35)

11 Squat Jumps

12 OH Lunges

Rep Sequence:

1

2-1

3-2-1

4-3-2-1 etc...

One barbell per person! You must use the same weight for all barbell movements!
