Conditioning:

3 rounds for time of:

14 Burpee Over-the-Box Jumps 30/24″ (touching the top of the box is required, but opening the hip is not)
21 Pullups
20 Handstand Walk Steps

Cash Out: 3 x 400m run.  If +/- 5 sec between each round, 20 burpee penalty will be imposed. No more than a 60s rest in between each round.
