130129 ~ Snatch Complex & Overdose 2013 WOD 1

This weekend featured a number of different CrossFit competitions in Ontario and Quebec....let's try a few of these out and see how we would fare!

Strength:

Work up to the heaviest possible weight for the following complex, then complete one round of the complex every minute for 12 minutes.

1 Power Snatch

1 Hang Power Snatch

1 Squat Snatch

3 OHS

Buy In: 50 KBS (50/35#)

Conditioning:

Overdose 2013 WOD #1

4 rounds for time of:
3 rope climbs
5 ground-to-overhead 185#/125#
15 bar-facing burpees

Cash Out:

3 x 30 UB Double Unders **5 burpee penalty for each time the rope stops**
