130130 ~ CrossFit Open Registration Starts Today!!!

Registration for the 2013 CrossFit Games starts today!! Let's try to get as many Canucks signed up as possible! The Open is an inclusive event! Whether your dream is to be crowned the fittest beast on earth, or you just want to hit your 1st pullup....we are encouraging all members to give it a go! The Open runs for 5 weeks: March 6th - April 7th. More info to come regarding the days and times we will be holding the Open WODS. http://games.crossfit.com/2013-registration
