So what's it going to be?? 7 minutes of burpees???  Clean & Jerk Ladder??  By 8 pm tonight......we will finally know!! Let's dig deep and push hard! Go Canucks!

Strength:

Regionals Style Ladder "ish"

15 min to find 1 RM Clean (Squat or Power).

** Athletes must start with a bare bar**

** 20 Double Unders must be completed before attempting a new weight.  If the attempt is not successful, the athlete does not need to complete 20 more DU's**

Conditioning:

"Wittman"

7 Rounds for time

15 KB Swings (50/35#)

15 Power Cleans (95/65#)

15 Box Jumps (24/20")

Cash Out:

100 situps for time

3 x 1 min "L" sits
