130413 ~ Partner WOD Saturday....For the next few weeks!

Just to mix some things up....and to help prepare some of our athlets for the upcoming CompWod.com tag team competition, we will be running partner WODs for the next couple of weeks.  Don't have a partner? No worries...we will match you up!  Let's have some fun and get to know each other a little bit more!

Strength:

20 min to find 1 RM Deadlift

*** Absolutely no rounding of the back!  Take adequate rest in between each attempt!***

Conditioning:

*In teams of 2

20 minute AMRAP of:

30 Lateral Burpees over partner
20 BB Weighted (Front Rack) Walking Lunges @ 95/65# (1 partner completes all 20 per round—teams alternate every round)
30 Ab-Mat Sit-ups (The other partner—who did not complete the lunges—completes all 30 per round)
20 Power Snatches (partners alternate every 5 reps) (135/95#)
