5 x 3 Split Jerk @ 90% 1 RM C&J  **Add 5# to 130409**
**Focus on solid foot positioning & quick bar movement**

Conditioning:

100 Burpees for time

** Perform 2 Power Cleans (185/120#) EMOM after the 1st minute. then (no rest)

1 min AMRAP of Jerks (185/120#)

**Strict 15 min cap for the burpees! Everyone will complete the 1 min AMRAP of Jerks!**

Cash Out:
