Total Day is here!!  Now I know some of the newbies are looking at this posting and thinking "that's it?!?!"  Let's take our time today and post some big #'s!

Strength:

“CrossFit Total”

1RM Back Squat
1RM Shoulder Press
1RM Deadlift

Notes: Take 3 attempts on each lift. The lifts must be completed in the order they are written (3 BS, 3 SP, 3 DL). Take as long as you’d like to warm up and rest as long as you’d like.
