Skill:

1 Power Snatch + 2 Behind-the-Neck Push Presses @ 75% 1RM Snatch

*Notes: This should be completed as a complex. The bar should be lowered to the back rack after the Power Snatch, and the Push Presses should be performed with a Snatch grip.

2) Every 30 seconds for 4 minutes:

2 (touch and go) Power Cleans + 1 Push Jerk @ 70% 1 RM C&J

Conditioning:

AMRAP 15min

2 Deadlifts (135/95#)

2 Hang Squat Clean Thruster  (135/95#)

2 Burpees

4 Deadlifts

4 Hang Squat Clean Thruster

4 Burpees

6,6,6, 8,8,8, etc..

Cash Out:

5 min AMRAP Rope climb relay.

100 Hollow Rocks for time!
