Congratulations to all Regionals Competitors, I know I am inspired after watching our sport at the highest of levels!  If we want to get there, we will need to put the work in now......10ish months until the 2014 Open! Let the countdown begin!

Strength/Skill:

A. Every 30s for 4 min

1 Snatch + 3 OHS @ 85% 1RM

then

2 min AMRAP

 

B. Every 30s for 4 min

2 Squat Cleans (touch and go) + 3 Front Squats @ 80% 1RM

then

2 min AMRAP

 

Conditioning:

5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1

Ground to Overhead (175/125#)

20 Wall Balls (20/14#)

10 T2B
