We have reached the end of our testing week.....with all the PR's posted on the board, this cycle will be very hard to beat!  We have a solid foundation of #'s from which we can base our next cycle on! I know some of you are hungry to get back to our regularly scheduled programming.......but patience is a virtue. To all of the newbies...Great Work!!......the numbers that you have achieved this week will serve as your benchmarks.....now that we have a good idea of where you are.....let's see how far you can go!  Let us grow strong together!! Go Canucks!

Strength:

15 min to find 1 RM Front Squat

Conditioning:

With a 12 min running clock

21 - 15 - 9

Box Jump (24/20")

Snatch (115/75#)

Then:

AMRAP Ring Dips

Cash Out:

5 x ME Muscle Ups

or
