I know....I know! I said that yesterday would be our last day of testing....but I forgot one very important lift!!  What better way to end a week of monster PR's than with everyone's favorite....the Deadlift!!  How do we follow up a 30# Front Squat PR....Sarah?  Maybe Moira or Adrienne will join the 300# club.....or a 400#+ Matt? Jon? What do our rookies have in store for us today Steve K? Akari?   Not calling anyone out or anything!!  Enjoy the beautiful day Canucks.......take your PR highs throughout the weekend.  Day 1 of the new cycle starts on Monday!!
