Oops....did I forget to tell you that we are squatting on Saturday as well??  Hehe! Smalov Jr...is a 4 day progression with Friday and Saturday going back to back!  I know your glutes are screaming, but last night wasn't so bad.....was it?  Let's see this entire program through...hopefully we will be reaping the rewards with monster backsquats in a couple of weeks!
