I have attached an excel file for the hatch program.....all the calculations will be completed for you....just enter your 1RM BS & FS

Hatch Program Week 2

Back Squat

Every 2 minutes x 8 min

1 x 10 @ 60%

1 x 8 @ 65%

1 x 6 @ 70%

1 x 6 @ 75%

1 x 6 @ 80%

Every 90s x 5 min

Front Squat

1 x 5 @ 70%
