Has anyone else getting really hungry to compete as you are sitting on your couch glued to your computer watching the games?......hmmm I think we need to start programming legless rope climbs!  Today features everyone's favourite lifts......have some fun!

Strength

Every 2min x 6 min

8 Close Grip Bench Press (hands 12″ apart) @ 75 - 80% 1RM

then...

Every 2 min x 4 min

10 Deadlift @ 75% 1 RM

Conditioning:

10 Thrusters (95/65#)

10 Ring Pushups
