Due to Matt's recent trip to the games, we haven't had the opportunity to discuss a special Birthday WOD, so Matt's special birthday WOD will be TBD.  I did want to run a special and challenging WOD today for our very special Birthday boy, so I pulled out this very special benchmark......who will set the gym record.......how heavy can you go unbroken? Happy Birthday Matt!! Have a great day!

Conditioning:

Back Squat

Every 2 minutes complete:

1 x 8 @ 65%

1 x 8 @ 70%

1 x 6 @ 80%

1 x 6 @ 85%

then...

Front Squat

1 x 5 @ 60%

1 x 5 @ 70%

1 x 5 @ 75%

1 x 5 @ 80%

Conditioning:

Clean & Jerk

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No
dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
