20 min to find 1RM Front Squat

Conditioning:

9 min AMRAP

3 Squat Clean to Thruster (135/95#)

20 DU's

2 min Rest

then...

3 Rounds For Time

(6 min Cap)

10 OH Walking Lunges (95/65#)

10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65#)

10 Burpee PullUps

Cash Out:

10 x 100m sprint
