On the eve of the Canuck games......I wonder what the WODS will be? If you are around this Saturday....why not come on down to the box and join in on all the fun!! For all of the Canucks who have decided to travel on this final weekend of summer.....be safe and have fun! Come back to the box rested, refreshed, and ready to work!!

Since it's the night before the games.....I feel like it's a great time to run a favourite benchmark.....both strength & conditioning all rolled up into 1! 

Strength/Conditioning:

"Linda" A.K.A "3 Bars of Death"

Complete For Time:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps of

1 1/2 Bodyweight Deadlift

Bench Press BW

Squat Clean 3/4 BW

then...

Once complete:

1200m row for time.

These will be scored as 2 separate wods!

Cash Out:

Stretch, mobility, and get ready for the Canuck Games!!
