Whole Life Challenge Day 3! 

How did everyone make it through the weekend??  Sometimes I find it easier to focus and stay on task during the week, but when the weekend fun rolls around, it is really tough to stay on track.  What are some tricks that you are using to help keep your focus?

Our first ever Platform Assassins weightlifting class was a huge success!! Thank-you to coach D for such an awesome session! Platform Assassins weightlifting will run every Sunday from 10-12pm. Make sure you sign up early as space is limited to 8 spots!

Strength:

 A. Every 90s x 6 min

3 Pause Front Squats directly into push jerk @ 85%

B. Every 90s x 6 min

5 On toe split jerk @ 40-50%

Conditioning:

1:00 min ME Muscle Ups

3:00 min AMRAP

9 Shoulder to OH 135/95#

12 T2B

1:00 min ME Muscle Ups

3:00 min AMRAP

9 Ground to Shoulder

12 T2B

1:00 min ME Muscle Ups

6:00 min to est. a 3RM Split Jerk
