131015 ~ How Fit Are You???

It's time to burn off that Thanksgiving meal, reset and get focused! Over the next 5 days (Not including Saturday), we are going to run the "CrossFit Fitness Test".  Let's collect some data and see where we end up on the Chart.....doesn't this sound like fun?

The fitness tests will show up in either our strength/skill, or conditioning element of our WOD.  Remember, the data is only as good as your best effort!  Lets have some fun!!

** Within 30s of hitting your 1RM, complete 1 attempt of ME Pullups**

Score: Multiply your bench press score in pounds. by the number of pullups completed
