Strength/Conditioning:

20 min to find your 15RM Clean & Jerk

Weight cannot be rested on the ground. Resting in the hang, rack, or OH position is ok....touch and go only at the ground!

Rest 5 min

then...

With a 15 min running clock:

1 mile run

then..
