131018 ~ How Fit Are You?? Test #4

Isn't this Fitness Testing Fun??  Only 2 more left!  Today features a max out that you rarely see in our programming!  Coaches will be paying careful attention to your form.....only solid lifts in good for will count....nobody cares about a 400lb deadlift with a back that has gone into full spasm!!  Let's have some fun!

Strength:

CrossFit Fitness Test #4

30min to find 1RM Deadlift

then

within 30s. of finding your 1RM, complete 1 attempt of ME HSPU

Score: Multiply the Deadlift load in lbs by the total # of HSPU completed.

Conditioning:

Every Minute on the Minute for 15 min

Min 1: 3 Snatches @ 85% 1 RM

Min 2: 10 T2B

Min 3: 8 Burpee Box Jumps

etc....

Cash Out:

50 Heavy Russians

5 x 100m sprint
