d. 8 min to find 3RM T&G Snatch

e. 8 min to find 3 RM T&G Clean & Jerk


Burpee Wall Ladder:

EMOM 10 min AMRAP 

5 Wall Ball (20/14#)  

5 Burpees. 

Add 1 rep each minute to both movements until you can no longer complete your reps within the minute.

With Remaining time on the clock, complete ME KBS (70/50#)
