**Once you have warmed up to 75%, complete the following after each attempt**

10 Ring Rows (as close to parallel as possible)

4 Strict Dips

then..

15 min to find 1RM Front Squat

**Once you have warmed up to 75%, complete ME Strict HSPU in between each attempt**

Conditioning

20 Double Unders
