3. With a 10 min running clock complete:

1000m Row

With remaining time find 3rm OHS

4. With a 10 min running clock complete:

100 Double Unders

1 ME UB attempt of each of the following (must follow this order)

Pullups

Ring Dips (Rx+ = MU)

Pushups

Cash Out:

3 x 1 min Handstand Holds
