131224 ~ Twas the Night Before Christmas!

Wow!! What a crazy couple of days it's been....in addition to the holiday parties, and last minute push to find the perfect gift, Mother Nature has decided to "force" us into remembering what the holidays are really about....spending some quality time with your loved ones! 

To all the Canucks who have been left without power, we hope that you have found a warm place to stay.  The box will be open (with hot water, heating, and lights today from 6 - 8 am...what better way to warm up than to squeeze in 1 more WOD with your Canuck family before all of your Holiday indulgences!
