140106 ~ It's Stormy Outside....Let's Lift!!

The first of our 2 max out days has come!  The class structure will be a little bit different today as the entire class will be dedicated to finding your 1 RM!  Take your time and choose your weight increments carefully!  Let's see how far the Bulgarian system has truly taken us!

Strength/Skill:

"Olympic Total+"

Find your 1RM for the following:

Snatch

Clean & Jerk

(find both Power Clean and Squat Clean max)

then..

Front Squat

3 strike rule is in effect.  Once you have attempted a weight 3x and failed, you are out!

**Classes may run over time today, as the day will feel more like an open gym format.  Come on in...warm up...and start your lifts!**

Cash Out:

9x1:40 on, :20 off
This is a preset setting on the C2 Rower.  Choose "Select Workout" then "Custom List" then "v1:40/20r...9".
Record meters for each interval.
Goal is...
Guys:  500m each interval
Ladies:  420m each interval
