Wow!! How exciting was Saturday???  Congratulations to all of our Open athletes who threw down on Saturday morning and left everything they had on the floor!  There is something magical about the Open....it always finds a way to kick up the intensity by 20 notches!! 

Today marks the beginning of Week 2!  It's going to go by so fast!!  What are your predictions for 14.2??

5 Backsquat @ 85%

then..

Every 90s x 6 min

5 FrontSquat @ 85%

3 Power Cleans (225/145#)
10 HSPU
2 rounds of:
6 Power Cleans, (185/135#)
20 Ring Dips (Rx+ = MU+ Ring Dip)
2 rounds of:
12 Power Cleans, (135/95)
30 Hand Release Push ups
No rest between rounds.  One bar, strip the weight.
