Thrusters and burpees....we all saw it coming, and now the day is here to face our final challenge! This WOD has been designed to push both our physical and mental conditioning to it's limits....know that you are ready and able to conquer this beast!

What an Open season it has been! Yes, it feels like a very long 5 weeks, but look how far we all have come! Join us at the End of the Open After Party 5pm at the Waterfront Bistro, and celebrate your triumphs!
We are back to our regularly scheduled programming on Monday, as it is time to go back to the drawing board in preparation for the 2015 Open! Our goal is to become Strong, Skilled, and Conditioned! We will be starting with the Texas Cycle.....more details to follow!
