Texas continues, but not for the CompWod athletes!  If you are participating in the CompWod Tag Team Competition on Saturday, today is a day for light work and mobility!  Not to worry...missing 1 day in the Texas Method will not make a massive impact on your overall results.  Save your legs...you'll need them on Saturday...and Sunday (Andrei & Melissa)

Strength:

a. 12 min to find a 12 RM Back Squat

b. Every 90s x 6 min

10 Bench Press @ 60%

Conditioning:

Power Cleans (155/110#)

Ring Dips

** Between each round complete 100 DU's**

50 Heavy Russians

50 GHD Back Extensions

50 GHD Situps

For CompWOD Athletes Only:

1200m easy row

then..

"PreGame"

2-3 Rounds, not for time of:

 1 Squat Clean, 60% of 1RM

2 OHS, 60% of 1RM snatch

3  Pullups

4 Wall Balls  

5 Burpees

6 Push Ups

12 Air Squats

 24 Double Unders

Rest as desired between rounds.
