140430 - RIP DJ E-Z Rock

In CrossFit, we Honor our Heros by completing a WOD designed especially for them.  Music is very important to many of our members and a source of Hero's in their own right! This week we lost a Hip Hop icon DJ E-Z Rock. This WOD was designed by your very own Coach D so you know it has an element of spice!  "It Takes Two" in order for you to feel the "Joy and Pain" of this WOD...so grab a partner and let's throw down for EZ!
