This week marks the end of the 2nd phase of our Texas Program!  Time to back off the weight and let that strength develop!!  1 more phase left until we retest our 1RM.......big #'s are coming...I can feel it!!!

Strength:

Backsquat

EMOM x 5 min

3 @ 65%

Conditioning:

30 Rounds of the Bear Complex (135/95#)

Power Clean 

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press (from the back)

 If you drop the bar do:

3 Burpees

6 Toes to Bar

9 Wall Balls (20/14#)

20 min time cap

Cash Out:

6 x 100m sprint
