140630 ~ Max Out Week!!

After 13 weeks of blood, sweat, and tears, our Texas Cycle has come to an end!!  Last week we deloaded, which means it is time to Max Out!!!  Let's see how far we have come......I can smell BIG PR's brewing!!

Max Out Schedule:

Monday - Front Squat

Tuesday - Canada Day (not a testing day)

Wednesday -  Deadlift

Thursday - Bench Press

Friday - Back Squat

Strength:

20 min to find 1 RM Front Squat
