12 min AMRAP
5 Power Clean
5 Front Squat
5 Push Press
** Starting with a bare bar (35/45), complete 5 reps of each movement. Once you have completed a round, add 10lbs.
**If you have maxed out before the end of the 12min, AMRAP the remaining time on the clock with the last weight you successfully completed

With a Partner, Complete the following for time:
400m Run (Each) - 1 partner working at a time
50 Hang Power Cleans (135/95#)
(1 partner must hold in squat therapy)
200 m Run (Each)
(1 partner must stay in handstand hold)
400m Run (Each)
30 Box Jumps (30/24")
(1 partner must hold bar in front rack position)
200m Run (Each)
20 Power Snatch
400m Burden Run (with your bar or log)
(Take your partner and your log, and complete a lap of the building!)
12 min dedicated Mobility!!
