Happy Holiday Monday!!!  Just a reminder we will be running a special schedule today with Fundamentals at 10am, and CrossFit at 11 and Noon! Speaking about special days....how about a special WOD that was featured in this year's 2014 CrossFit Games......it's going to be a doozie!  Rowers will be run in heats....come in in...warm up and start your Triple 3!
