140922 ~ Mini Max Out Week!

It's here! The week that everyone loves....Max Out Week!  In addition to testing our 1RM Front and Backsquats, we will also be testing our Snatch and Clean & Jerk (we haven't tested in a while).  Let's have some fun, and go out there and get those PR's!!

 P.S....Our new strength cycle will begin next week!! Get ready for some heavy Presses, Deads, Bench, and of course Squats!!

Less than 5 months to the Open!!!  We will be prepared!
