Strength:

 EMOM x 12 min

Complete the following complex with increasing weight as form will permit.

Snatch Pull + Snatch + 3 OHS

Conditioning:

"Training Day"

Every 5 min for 20 min, complete the following:

Row 500m

Run 200m

6 Squat Cleans (185/125#)

6 Jerks (185/125#)

**Record Time for each round**

10 Burpee Penalty for every 10s difference (+/-) between rounds. 

Goal is to give yourself at least 1 min rest before the next round starts.

Cash Out:

2 Rounds

3 min ME 20m Sled Push (You pick the weight)

Rest 1 min in between rounds.
