b. 5+1 Strict Pullups (5 strict +1 Negative - with a 4 count descent) - Strict C2B if possible.

Conditioning:

With a 12 min Running Clock Complete:

3 Rounds For Time

6 Burpee Over Bar

12 Hang Power Cleans (135/95#)

18 KBS (70/50#)

With Remaining Time

Cash Out:

Accumulate 3 min in an "L"Sit Hold. Use Parallettes if possible.
