Just to mix things up a little.....
Against a running clock, complete the following:
a. Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes:
6 Squat Cleans (135/95#)
6 Burpee Over Barbell
b. Before the Clock Reaches 10:00, establish a max effort:
Snatch + OHS
c. When the clock reaches 10:00, complete AMRAP 3 min of the following:
d. When the clock hits 13:00 Rest for exactly 3 min
e. When the clock hits 16:00....
Complete 21-15-9 Reps For Time:
Row the following for time:
250m (rest 1:1)
500m (rest 1:1)
