Each Partner Must lift the equivalent of 2000 lbs (Snatch or C&J) + 15 Deadlifts (with the same weight on your bar)

then...

50 Backsquats (135/95#)

40 Pullups

30 Shoulder To Overhead (135/95#)

50 Front Squats (115/75#)

40 T2B

30 Shoulder To Overhead (115/75#)

50 Overhead Squats (95/65#)

40 Ring Dips

30 Shoulder To Overhead

***Only one partner working at a time** Partner must hold the bar in rack as the other partner completes the squats & S2O***

If bar is dropped, team must complete 10 tandem Wall Balls
