 Wow...what a game!! Happy Day after the Superbowl!!   It's February, meaning there are some very important upcoming dates! Take a look and mark your calendars!!

February 7th: Winter Lift @ CrossFit Tidal York Mills - Coach Zach, Akari, Jeff, and Matt will be lifting.  Come on out and show your support!

February 14th: Moving Day!! All formal classes are cancelled, but if your are looking to work out a sweat, come on out and help us move to our new home!

February 16th: 1st WOD at 710 Progress!!! (This is also Family Day Monday...we will be on a Holiday Schedule)

February 21st: We Lift Competition @ Canuck!  Great practice before the Open!  Grab a partner and sign up!!!
