Happy Birthday to a special Canuck who has been on a strength building rampage as of late! I remember when a frail Lu walked through the doors of Canuck barely able to lift the 35# bar. Now she is easily getting over 100 lbs overhead!  In the last couple weeks it has been PR after PR......and today marks her 51st Birthday!!

Lu has designed a little doozie for you today!!
