Wow!! How exciting was Saturday???  The excitement and atmosphere of the open mixed with our new box created an environment that was primed for big lifts and PR's!! Congratulations to all of our Open athletes who threw down on Saturday morning and left everything they had on the floor!  There is something magical about the Open....it always finds a way to kick up the intensity by 20 notches!! 

**Reminder** All scores must be submitted before 8 pm tonight....don't wait until the last minute!

Min 2: Double at 80%
Min 3: Single at 85%
Min 4: Single at 90%

30 Hand Release Push ups
No rest between rounds.  One bar, strip the weight.
