15.3.......Love it or hate it, it has push the box to it's limits!!  Since the announcement, we have had a record number of MU PR's: Congratulations to D-Hump, Victoria, Sean P, Kenway, Lauren, Maryam, and Junior on their Muscle Up achievements!!!  Let's not forget the scaled division which had to tackle an absolute burner!! Melissa Pedlar leads the scaled pack with 770 Reps!!

Even though this lucky Leprechaun did not send me her Birthday WOD request, we would like to wish Claire Raleigh a very Happy Birthday!!!
