150330 ~ Max Out Week!!

Another season of the Open has come and gone!  Some of you are still feeling the after effects of 15.5.....what a burner that was!  Taking a look back at the last 5 Weeks, and the highs and lows of what the open brings, take the opportunity to reflect upon your accomplishments and down falls.  The end of the Open marks the end of our CrossFit Season.  An amalgamation of our benchmarks, PR's, strengths, and weaknesses.

As a coach, it is a time to take an inventory of our strengths and weaknesses as a box.  Where was our programming effective?  What holes need to be filled?  As athletes, you should be using the next few days to be taking your own personal inventory.  Which Open WOD did you perform the best?  Which one completely exposed your weaknesses??

Over the next week, you will see the appearance of our New Goals board.  I would like each and every member to post 3 realistic, measurable, and attainable goals for the 2016 Season!  Over the next 2 weeks, we will be testing both our lifts, skills, and major benchmarks in order to get a snapshot of our current fitness.  I expect maximal effort on each of these tests as they will serve as our basis when measuring progress!  How serious are you about conquering your goats.....by how much can your improve your fitness???

The 2016 seadon starts now!!!   How hard will you work to be the best that you can be?!
