Power Clean

Squat Clean

Clean & Jerk

**Start with Power cleans, and warm up your jerk as you work through your weight increases.  When you can no longer Power Clean....continue adding weight in your squat clean.  When you can no longer Jerk the  bar....continue to try to squat clean until you have completely maxed out!!!

Conditioning:

With a 15 min running clock

Complete the following:

50 Calorie Row

21 OHS (115/75#)

21 Bar Facing Burpees

15 OHS

15 Bar Facing Burpees

9 OHS

9 Bar Facing Burpees

Max Calorie Row with the remainder of the 15 min CAP!

Cash Out:

Tabata Sled Drag x 8

Use Harness & Land Mine Sleds
