150606~ Good Luck Team Canuck!!

This afternoon, the Canuck Barbell Club will make it's debut at the Toronto Weightlifting Championships!! Fernando will take the platform at 1 pm followed by Matt and Akari lifting at 4:30pm.

Team Canuck will also be competing this weekend at the Sweat Rx WOD For Kids Competition. Megan Maryam, Junior, and Jeff will be competing on Saturday in the Intermediate division. Coach Kimi, Victoria, Daryl Brennan, and Coach Zach will represent Canuck in the Pro Division. WODS will be running from 9-4pm.
