150608 ~ Week #10...Time To Retest!!

What a great showing this weekend by Team Canuck!! Our Canuck Barbell Lifters Matt, Fernando, and Akari rhad a great showing at the Toronto Weightlifting Championships.  Akari went 5/6 earning him a silver medal and a qualification to the 2016 Provincial Championships!! Team D finished a close 4 narrowly missing out on the podium on Saturday, and Team Canuck performed very well in the Pro Division Challenge on Sunday!  

Congratulations to all participants, and a big thank you to everyone who came out to support! Our strength is in our community....and in our community....we find strength!
