CanuckLite is Coming!!!

Getting comfortable in your workout routine? Coach Glassman states that “routine is the enemy” and that “we suffer at the margins of our experience”. Limiting our training to movements we are confident in or a certain time domain, we assuredly will suffer and not perform at our peak when asked to leave that zone. If there is a particular time domain that you are most comfortable with, make sure to train outside of that time domain on a regular basis.
The CanuckLite  program is an 6 week, 3x a week program developed to condition it’s athletes to consistently function in a longer duration, higher work capacity pathway while increasing their athletic skill set. In the process, helping athletes lower their body fat percentage, increase lean muscle mass, and improving overall endurance conditioning.
Dates:
Starting: Monday, July 6th
Ending: Friday August, August 21st
Afternoon session : Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10-11am (limited spots available)
Evening session: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30-8:30pm (Limited spots available)
